Christian Alzmann is a concept designer and visual effects art director. Growing up, Alzmann was inspired by the original Star Wars trilogy, which led him to pursue graphic illustration. After graduating from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, Alzmann was hired by Industrial Light & Magic, where he worked in their art department. At ILM, he worked as a concept artist on numerous films, including Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones (2002) and The Hunger Games (2012). Alzmann received 2 nominations from the Art Directors Guild for Excellence in Production Design Award for his concept art in the films Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens (2016) and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016). In 2018, Alzmann became a concept design supervisor for Lucasfilm and still serves in this position to this day.
