Just as pieces to a puzzle fit together, it is the job of the Production Designer to connect all of the components of a film together. Whether it be connecting interior to exterior sets or a life-size explosion to a special effects explosion, connectivity is what holds a film together.

Taught by John DeCuir, Jr.
John DeCuir, Jr. has worked as a film production designer for many films including Ghostbusters, Cleopatra, Hello Dolly, Taming of the Shrew, Muppet Vision 3D, and Top Gun. He was also a Disney designer, who, as a part of Imagineering, designed the EPCOT World Showcase and the iconic EPCOT ball. He teaches Production Design at Asbury.
