Louis Diage was a set decorator from 1943 to 1970. During his 27 years in Hollywood, Diage worked as a set decorator for 118 films and TV series. Diage was nominated for three Oscars in three straight years from 1957-1959 for Best Art Direction-Set Decoration; those films are: The Solid Gold Cadillac (1957), Pal Joey (1958), and Bell Book and Candle (1959). He worked with John DeCuir on And Baby Makes Three (1949).
