The ten commandments
YEAR: 1956
SUMMARY
After the Hebrew population continues to grow, the Pharaoh is threatened, condemning all infant males to be murdered. Moses’ mother places him in a basket and floats him to the safety of the palace where he grows up as an Egyptian. Moses eventually learns of his true heritage and seeks to deliver the Hebrews from the edict of Pharaoh Rameses.
